In these five 1:1 coaching sessions you will develop the skills to create an Emotionally Healthy Home. Learn the vocabulary and skills to validate & feel emotions to completion. This allows you to all talk about, practice, own and release emotions in healthy, constructive ways. It's the glue You'll understand why and how developing an Emotionally Healthy Home has the power to create the language you all need to thrive, connect family members and improve family dynamics. Gone are the days of getting stuck in old patterns like yelling, blaming, offloading, criticizing and judging each other. This system takes all fault and blame away.
