I am PASSIONATE about supporting families in distress with hard family dynamics due to strong willed children. I've lived the pain of misunderstanding my strong willed child and suffered. We had awful, excruciating family dynamics. We'd tell her what to do and get into fights, argue, yell, physically struggle, punish, threaten, reward, and feel awful. We'd go to great lengths to avoid triggering her and walk on eggshells as we didn't know what else to do. It felt hopeless and intense. It didn't have to be so hard and I didn't have to feel so alone. I won't kid you, the 5 Steps To Connect process is hard. You have to show up and do the work. But I can promise you, it makes relationships better, permanently. It isn't easy. It is vulnerable. We made mistakes. We made repairs. And it changed our lives. I offer this free 20-minute insight session to get us to the heart of what you need and how I can help. My goal is in this insight session is to help you gain clarity on your wants and needs, give you a tip or tool to help you move forward in your family dynamics.
