Prerequisite: Course or 1:1 coaching on the foundational 5 Steps to Connect concepts to turn around reactive behavior in yourself and your Strong Willed Child. Shift family dynamics from intense and hard to ease and joy. In this 1:1 Mom's coaching session you will learn the LifeSaving Listening skill, why it has the power to heal and connect family members. It is a key part of the repair process to have each family member learn to take personal responsibility, own their part in an argument or interaction, experience the feeling and get to the unmet need. Takes all fault and blame away. Eliminates personalization and projection. Cuts through power struggles, eliminates unintended shame parenting. Support both yourself and your child; you both matter equally. One 1-on-1 coaching session for Mom or Dad individually to create the safety necessary to let down your protective patterns and open your heart to heal old unprocessed pain.
